KIOXIA Corporation's new generation of automotive-grade Universal Flash Storage (UFS) 4.1 embedded flash memory devices are designed to meet the stringent requirements of next-generation in-vehicle systems, utilizing KIOXIA's 8th generation BiCS FLASH™ 3D flash memory technology and proprietary controller technology, significantly enhancing performance, flexibility, and diagnostic capabilities.
Product Specifications
The new UFS 4.1 products are available in 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB capacity options to meet the needs of infotainment systems, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), telematics, domain controllers and in-vehicle computers.
Certification Standards
The products comply with AEC-Q100/104 Grade 2 standards and support case operating temperatures up to 115℃.
