New Product Release: Analogy Semiconductor Launches Wide-Band Low-Noise Rail-to-Rail Op-Amp OPA825/6/8

Analogy Semiconductor introduces the OPA825/6/8 series single-channel, dual-channel and quad-channel rail-to-rail wide-band low-noise operational amplifiers, mainly used to optimize precision signal acquisition, current sampling detection and sensor signal conditioning circuits. This series integrates a rail-to-rail input and output architecture, with a typical quiescent current of only 720μA, combining 11MHz wide bandwidth and ultra-low noise characteristics, with 1kHz noise as low as 8nV/√Hz, efficiently balancing cost and comprehensive performance.

In addition, OPA825/6/8 has extremely low input bias current, capable of adapting to mega-ohm level high internal resistance signal sources; built-in RF/EMI suppression filters, supporting 300pF capacitive load unit gain stability; equipped with 4kV HBM electrostatic protection, overload no phase reversal and other robust characteristics, greatly reducing peripheral design difficulty. In terms of electrical specifications, the devices support wide voltage operation, with a minimum 1.8V power supply in the normal temperature range, and an extended temperature range covering −40℃~+125℃, meeting multi-condition low-voltage application requirements.

The package layout is rich and complete. Single-channel OPA825 uses SOT23-5 and SC70-5, dual-channel OPA826 uses SOIC-8, MSOP-8 and TSSOP-8, and quad-channel OPA828 uses SOIC-14 and TSSOP-14, with strong hardware adaptability. Products are widely adapted to multi-field scenarios:
